My first time here and went in a recommendation and they were not wrong. The office is quiet, pleasant, clean and organized. I met with Faye the technician who took the x-rays. She was nice, knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. She made the first impression a great impression.

My first time going to this dentist practice and I can say it was a seamless experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and the lead dentist was thoughtful and very knowledgable. The interior was well kept and provided a super relaxing experience that alleviated the stress usually associated with oral examinations. Will recommend to everyone in Fairbanks, and those from out of town as well.

Probably one of the best feelings I have about taking care of myself is taking care of my teeth! I have been going to Phyllis for many many years now and I have been using Sarah as my dental hygienist. I can tell you that having your teeth cleaned is probably one of the best gifts you can give to yourself to save and protect your teeth as lifelong as you can possibly do that. Sarah is an educator she teaches you how to better take care of your teeth. Dr. Pendergrass office is an excellent resource.

I’m currently in the process of moving back to Fairbanks and am so glad to return to my childhood dentist office. I have always felt very cared for, but as an adult I am so grateful for the effort everyone goes through to make me feel comfortable and safe. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and the people who work here. From the moment you arrive they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and supported. They offer you blankets when it’s chilly, provide you with sunglasses so your eyes don’t hurt from the bright light shining down on your face, and they even put Vaseline on your lips to make sure they don’t get dry and chapped while they clean your teeth. All of those little things add up in big big ways.
